I don't know where to start... in January, before one walk, I noticed that Zoom had a little limp on his left hind paw. However, he walked normally after a few meters and no longer limped. Nevertheless, I took him to a physical therapist for an examination, who concluded that everything was fine. In the second half of January, we took part in a competition in Italy (Treviso Agility Open). In the final run on Saturday, he held his back left paw in the air and whimpered as he came out of the slalom. I immediately took him down from the course and we didn't run on Sunday. When I got home, I took him to see an orthopedist. He was diagnosed with a luxated patella. Because I didn't want to believe it, I went for a second opinion, where they came to the same conclusions. Diagnosis: 2nd degree patellar luxation. I made a decision and had him operated on March 1, 2024. Zoom is recovering well. Although we still have a long way to go before we step onto the agility course again, I believe that with perseverance we will succeed.

Advanced level agility instructor Today in Klagenfurt, we made our last exam for A3. I'm speechless! BUT we'll stay in A2 just some more time to gain experience and to "fix" some things (like startlines etc). Today in Zagreb, we made our second exam for A3. Crazy! Today in Maribor, we made our first exam for A3. So happy! 06.08.-07.08.2022 - B.A.S.E. (Berger Agility Sommer Event) was in Belgium this year. Saturday - two clean runs in A1/J1 and two wins.
